  They failed to inspect my house properly before I bought my house and missed (or purposely) a huge termite infestation under my sub floor that is visible from going underneath the crawl space. You also see the piles of termite poop underneath the crawL space. I had a guy from Terminix look at it and he told me that this totally wrong and I should sue this place. He said this is at least over 10 years of damage. The VA would never of allowed this house to be sold to me if someone didn’t falsify the report. DO NOT USE THEM!! I spent about $3000 to fumigate my house and I had to gut all the flooring in my master bathroom.

  My home was inspected and the repairs were done by Sanders Pest Control. I was highly satisfied with the work and I really appreciate the kindness from the employees. I would highly recommend Sanders to anyone. Especially for the termite work. Their crewman who came to my house, Willie, did his job fast and was very friendly. Their prices beat two other companies that I had inspect my home prior to them coming out. They also gave me a free competitive bid, which was the icing on the cake. Thanks Sanders!

  Inspector cancelled 25 minutes before appointment because I had too many other quotes. I provided those quotes days before, but they cancel less than 30 minutes before the appointment with no apology. Very unprofessional.
