  I tried to call my Sam’s club to speak with customer service and after being on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the line then DISCONNECTED my call😡😡 Tried calling back, AGAIN was on hold for 12 minutes that time and finally reached my boiling point and hung up!! Corporate needs to address this issue because this has happened several times in the past and if i didn’t absolutely positively need to speak to them then I would have waited until my next visit. I shop there at least once a week and use my scan and go, I LOVE that because I’m in and out in record time. When I am just browsing and needed assistance someone was always available and have always had a very pleasant experience

  Best place to get all your bulk items, lines are usually always fast ever since they installed the self checkout lines. Even with one out of order it's still fast paced. Holidays are hectic but before Christmas and right before this New Years it wasn't too bad at all, surprisingly. Parking is good. Customer service is good, minus the few employees who have no idea where stuff is but it just helps to ask more than one person. There aren't really aisle numbers so finding things can be more frustrating, leaving you to look for the items based on pictures and how familiar you are with the store and if you can't find it in the usual area it's definitely out of stock, so it does take more time to search, plus the candy aisle always seems to be changing, yet the chips, nuts and crackers always remain in the same place. If you want out faster as you put your items in the cart after you scan, point the scan barcode pointing up and on the way out point out those to the person scanning so they can quickly scan and your out the door. Plus, less contact with your items during these times.

  Love their products, always very helpful. Always find more than what I need, which states still carried the poppycock which is a popcorn caramel popcorn with almonds and nuts attached to it They carried it for many years during the holiday season but they no longer do that I don't know what happened but I sure wish they get that back.
