Saw the Sailfish Softwash truck and wrote down  their number and thought I’d give them a try. Gave James, the owner a call. My barrel tile roof was cleaned in several days after that. Beautiful job. He and his assistant were professional and they protected the scrubs and vegetation. James was a very personable young man.

I don’t normally leave comments but i feel the need here.  If i could give this company 10 stars I would.   First and foremost, the results were amazing- my roof is so clean!   Secondly, the service was performed in a very timely manner.  Thirdly, the customer service is second to none in professionalism and providing information and keeping me informed.  As my husband said afterwards-  these guys are a “keeper”!

Showed up and finished the job in a timely manner, pool area looks brand new, and highly recommend them to everyone. Special care was taken to avoid any damage to potted plants surrounding the pool. It's been months and it looks brand new, thanks guys.

I was a little hesitant as the company changed owners, but the new owner answered my voicemail right away, was polite and cordial. James asked us what we paid before, and was very close to our last  payment, so we knew he would be fair.  The work was excellent, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Very cooperative, professional and looking forward to hiring them again next year.

I called on Monday for a quote and he was able to fit us in by Wednesday.  He was polite and thorough.  I liked the fact they didn’t walk on the roof at all. They did a great job!

Corey was very responsive and came on time. The roof came out clean without damage that would have been done from power washing.  Our shrubs were sprayed to protect them and we have gutters. However, the runoff from the gutter downspouts killed the grass in those areas and has to be replaced.

Unreliable.  I had an appointment with Corey to clean my roof but he ended up rescheduling.  Finally he did the roof cleaning a few days later and did a fine job.  Several weeks later I scheduled him to clean my pool cage and again he rescheduled.  On the day of the next appointment he did not show up nor call, so I called him again and he rescheduled  for several hours later.  After not showing up or calling again at the next scheduled time, my wife called and he told her he did not have any appointment with us.  Due to his lack of integrity and professionalism I do not recommend Sailfish Softwash.

Sorry about the confusion, Bob. We offered you a discounted price to have your screen enclosure cleaned while we were already on the property cleaning your roof. You chose not to have it done and then called several weeks later to schedule it at the same discounted price we offered the day of your roof cleaning even though this would require an additional trip to your residence. I agreed to clean it at the discounted rate for you but then you left a message saying your wife wanted the exterior of the enclosure cleaned at the same discounted rate. You and I had discussed what you wanted cleaned and it did not include the exterior for the discounted price I gave you. I apologize about the confusion and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Corey did an outstanding soft wash cleaning job on my tile roof. No high pressure wash and he didn't walk on the roof. Showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. At my request he gladly retreated certain areas I thought needed more cleaning. I was in error as he did a good job the first time. I will recommend hm to my neighbors.
