Chris was very friendly and did an amazing job. He called me 15 minutes before he arrived, and walked me through the whole process. After he finished I received a detailed email that shows exactly what was done, pictures of what was found, etc. I found that to be extremely helpful!

We have been using Romex for at least a year now. They have always been consistently courteous, professional, and effective. Customer service is obviously their top priority. My service with Rashaad today was no different. He did an extremely thorough job and was super nice. Thank you!
Update: We have probably been using Romex for almost 2 years now. The new guy missed a few things the other day and Chris and Mike promptly came out to redo my service free of charge. They were very concerned with meeting all of our needs and getting the job done right. They were very professional and friendly. They checked with me before beginning service and, at my request, avoided spraying near my vegetable garden. Romex has consistently demonstrated top-notch customer service and work ethic throughout the duration of our service relationship. These guys go above and beyond anything I would expect to receive from a big-name service. I highly recommend them.

My service person was Dallas. He called  20 minutes before to let me know of his arrival. I appreciated the notice because I had forgotten the appointment. Dallas was very friendly and professional. When entering my home he put on protective foot covering. And explained the work that he had to do. I literally enjoyed the visit and feel that Romex was the right company.
