  Had common pest issue, nothing major. Got a treatment and haven't seen any bugs. Much better results than more expensive companies we used in past. No reason not to call. Will use them again .

  Since we started using Proper Pest, our rodent problem has been completely resolved. Ramon is excellent and professional. He services our building monthly to insure we never have this problem again. He gave us tips on how to rodent-proof our building so they have no access to the interior (which can be challenging in an urban area). So grateful to have found such an excellent company to work with us.
