Zach walked around with me to allow me to share information regarding my property in regard to, especially, ant problems. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. He did not make me feel I was taking too much of his time. I decided on Mosquito service since it is affordable. The ladies in the office are very helpful and knowledgeable, as well, assisting with updating my account and confirming the mosquito service. Thank You

David is such a sweetheart! He is capable of doing this job and I’m happy I got to meet him. On the downside, he is a bit forgetful as he forgot to bring the pesticide to fumigate the inside of my house and he ran a bit late when he said he was coming at a certain time. He just came back, and he seems a lot more able to do this job than I thought, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to go with ProCare. I hope I get to see him again!

Bill came to our house on New Year’s Eve to do our initial inspection and treatment. Bill was very friendly and polite to all the members of the family. He talked us through the products he was using and that they are safe for the kids and pets. He brushed the hose fee of cobb webs and moth eggs.  I look forward to a long customer relationship.

I have been using this service for about a year and they do a great job every time. I usually only have them service outside but was noticing ants indoors. Zach came in and sprayed for the ants and then did the outside. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been using procare for 2 years now. They’re incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. We had a black fly issue last year, called two other places that laughed at us, but procare came right out and did everything they could to help get the problem under control, which they did. We chose ProCare 3 years ago because they really do provide the solutions & the best service! The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable & go above & beyond our expectations. Our home is very wooded we had many problems with scorpions, field mice, big nasty spiders, earwigs & venomous centipedes. We had used 2 national companies prior & we did not get the results promised until ProCare. Without their services we would have moved out a few years ago, honestly our home had not been safe for us & especially our young grandchildren!
Big shoutout to all the technicians that listened & provided professional service inside &outside our home! Not only have they succeeded in riding our home of unwanted guests but also have been handling our mosquitoes & termite bait systems!

I have recommended ProCare to all my neighbors who are now very satisfied & happy customers! It’s also a perk that they are locally owned & appreciate their customers!

I'm a property manager and manage over 50 listings and ProCare is the absolute worst pest company that we have worked with over the past couple years.  We have had to remove them as pest control team from all our properties but one and the only reason they are still managing that one property is because they are the cheapest.  Over the past couple years, we have had bad roach problems and they still come back even though ProCare has been treating this property for years.  They have such high turnover with their technicians they are always sending out a new tech who has no idea what they are doing every time they treat.   Other pest control companies send out qualified and experienced technicians who are assigned to treat your home and make sure they identify the root cause of why you are having bug problems in the first place. They may charge $5 or $10 more but they actually help get rid of the pest problem.  When you work with a company that charges less than their competitors, its because they only hire people who are willing to work for lowest wage that industry offers.  In the end you get what you pay for.    Communication is terrible.  They just show up when they want to.    I’ve been working with them for years and they still can’t refer to me by my correct name in their automated communication system.   They are also terrible about retreatment. If you see bugs, you better hope they have availability to help you because it can take WEEKS for them to come out for a retreatment.  That is if you can even get ahold of them.  It’s a slog to even get in contact with them with their overly complicated phone communication system.  If you are a new customer they will act fast to get you signed up but if you are a current customer you are definitely deprioritized.
