  Avoid this business and don't take seriously any promise that they will actually show up. We had an appointment with Premier for some time between 9am and noon and after calling them repeatedly was informed (at 12:30 pm, 30 minutes after the end of the window they provided) that it should be another two hours, maybe more, maybe less. While that was unreasonable and infuriating, what was worse is that they were entirely unconcerned about the fact that they weren't showing up as promised.

  Well, where do I begin. I had an emergency situation with a termite swarm inside my house with guests staying. Elizabeth came to my rescue - she was truly my lifeline! Elizabeth promptly went to work dispatching her best exterminator to my home. She stayed in constant contact with me from morning through late afternoon until emergency was resolved. Sensing my anxiety and apprehension, Elizabeth took her time reassuring me and explaining how termites behave and all the options available to immediately control the swarm. Somehow, with her kind and empathetic manner, Elizabeth allayed my fears and turned a nightmare scenario into actually a pleasant experience with termite infestation fully under control. Thank you, Elizabeth! I fully recommend Premier Pest Control - and cannot imagine a better representative for the company.

  I've owned many homes over the years. Pest management and regular maintenance are a critical part of responsible home ownership. Dalton was spectacular. Dalton was on site twice assessing a potential home purchase that DID NOT have active pest control. While the homes foundation was in very poor condition, Dalton was able to help quantify the extent of the damage, the risks for further unseen damage, and the nature of the structural issues that need to be addressed, He was professional, an excellent communicator, and it was clear that his knowledge about pest management was in the context of how it impacts the integrity of the overall home and properly maintaining the home. His work is so clearly exceptional compared to the other companies I've dealt with in the pest control space, I called the office and also the owner to note how thrilled I was to have Dalton and Premier Pest on my side in the continuing battle against the forces of nature.
