I called to inquire about a termite inspection for one of my clients, I spoke with Paul I believe his name was, he was quick to answer but was rude at the end of the call. I’ll be finding another place to take my clients in the area.

Mr. Giulianelli, this is Paul with Potts Pest Control.  In response to your review of our phone conversation, I would first like to say I am sorry if I offended you.

You called my office and I answered the phone has follows:
Potts Pest Control, this is Paul speaking, how may I help you?  You responded with the following questions:

1.  Do you do WDO inspections?  I replied:  Yes, I do.
2.  Do you do it for veterans?  I replied:  Yes, I do.
3.  How much for your inspections?  I replied:  $$$
4.  Do you need payment at closing or at the time of service?  I replied:
At the time of service.
You then responded:  Thank you.  I will let my client know.  I replied:  Okay.

Our conversation was very short, you were direct and to the point, and it only consisted of the above mentioned dialogue.  I had arrived at my next appointment by the end of our conversation and my closure to our conversation was not my normal closure (Thank you, have a great day), but I simply said okay.  No harm was intended.
