  I’m not sure how to spell his name correctly but Shannon was very helpful; knew exactly what I was asking for (cockroach inhibitor); was informative about the product and had amazing customer service. They saved my information so if I do come back, Possums would know what I’ve previously purchase. I would recommend to anyone.

  I had been going here for about 8 years for various products. On a recent trip, I saw several bags of fertilizer that were duct taped on the bottom. I didn't realize that they gave me one of them until I got home. While there may have been less product in the bag than there was supposed to be, the main problem was that a hole in the bag allows humidity and moisture to get in. This made the entire bag full of clumpy chunks that clogged up my spreader. I emailed them to make them aware of the situation so they didn't sell any of the other bags to people. They didn't even respond to apologize, much less offer a refund for what ended up being a useless bag of 15-0-15. There are many other options available, and many of them are cheaper, so I'll be doing business with someone who actually cares about having my business.

  This place is pretty amazing. My relatively new lawn, that had done very well for its first 14 months, all the sudden started turning yellow very quickly. I took a strand in, and within 90 seconds of showing it to the gentleman there, he was dropping a bag of pesticide into the back of my car. They told me exactly how to apply it, and within two days my lawn had already started looking greener. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were.
