  Weidner Property Management moved us into a bedbug infested unit at Brighton Woods on December 30th. Pied Piper was called in on 1/10, and the exterminator said he didn't see evidence of infestation. As the attached photos show, this was an established infestation. They were called back today, on the 14th, and we left our unit unlocked, per their instructions. We uprooted our cats, and my infant granddaughter for the second time this week. The worker said it was locked, and left. Unprofessional, incompetent, and absolutely unacceptable. They get no stars. Find a reputable company.

  Hello Katherine. I apologize that you were not happy with the service. Unfortunately, the tech and our office tried to contact the landlord multiple times for access when he found the door locked and got no reply until it was too late in the day. We do not instruct clients to leave doors unlocked for obvious reasons. Not sure where that instruction came from. I will investigate this matter today further to determine if the tech perhaps had the wrong unit all together, but the tech was to meet someone for access which is our standard protocol for multi-family dwellings. Due to staffing issues we did have to send a different tech today than the ones sent on the 10th. Also, all tech notes from 1/10 we have indicate that the techs noted bed bug activity being present by way of blood spotting. Because we invoice the landlord, you are able to request a copy of these notes from them if you wish. During the initial treatment, the goal is to apply the appropriate materials, and while the techs do keep an eye out for actual bugs present, the bugs do not always present themselves until after the products have been applied. I have seen these photos that were emailed to us after they were there and I suspect this is what happened in this case as well. I sincerely apologize for your frustration.   These guys are amazing in my mind! They're very helpful with information, quick and flexible with scheduling, and most of all the are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the service that I was provided for my problem. I highly suggest anyone with pest problems to reach out and at least talk with these friendly and awesome people. They care about their work, and seem happy to be there to help you with your needs. Thank you to Daniel, Drezen, (hope that's spelled right) and Sean for all the help you given me and work you've been doing. Keep up the awesome spirits, and the hard work you do!
