Sales Associates are NOT knowledgeable of products in store, lack the ability to give concise, truthful, accurate answers or information and are very unhelpful. Website is completely not in line with their sku’s in stock. Wasted my time here too many times finally had to leave this review after yet another lousy experience.

This was not a helpful place today. Attitude is everything and all I did was ask for help in turning an unfortunate purchase into a useable one, willing to pay. The level of annoyance and unwillingness to even try was unexcusable.

The good: The staff is knowledgeable and professional, they get 6 stars! The bad: The prices are obscene! You could literally buy something here, drive to any other ace hardware, return said item and make a profit.
