I went to pet smart today for the first time ever. Due to how rude the guy was who worked the big and fish section. I will never go back. He was extremely rude to me and back talked the co worker that asked him to help me. He made such a big fuss about having to help me the other co worker ended up giving me a discount on my bugs. But I will never go back. I only went because petco was short staffed and couldn’t open until 10 am today.

Doggo loves it when she can come into the store with us. Good selection of items here at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this store.

No mask enforcement of patrons. When asking the masked clerk behind the plexiglass, at checkout, he couldn't give a good answer. He said it just didn't seem to matter anymore and no one took it seriously. Maybe store supervisors should ensure their stores are safe, employees are empowered and encouraged to hold Patons accountable when their is still a state wide mask mandate in effect today 2/26/22. Do not use this store if you are immunocompromised, unvaccinated, care about the health of others or expect staff to hold patrons accountable. We are all sick of the pandemic, but not everyone is healthy and has the right to get necessary items without the risk of a potentially deadly virus because employees and their managing supervisors can't be bothered to follow mandates for public safety.
