Been using them for years for with their Termite Protection Plan and general pest control. Been working great for two of our properties and we appreciate the price and the products not affecting our pets. Easy to reach and quick to respond.

The services were provided in a very professional manner and Joe was very well informed about what kind of bug we had. All of my interactions with Pete's have been terrific. I wish they could teach the world about great customer service. Thank you.

Great experience with Pete's Pest Control! They are affordable with no pressured up sell there service plan is the way to go. Scott Nugen, their technician, was great, he listened to my issues, explained well what he would due preventatively to help combat our bug issue from last year and went above and beyond carefully spraying inside and out. We could not have been more pleased then by the quality service Scott provided us with today! Check Pete's out if you are looking for quality extermination!

Prior to purchasing our home, there was termite damage and they hired Petes to come out and treat.  We had our own pest guy come out and they find ACTIVE termite damage.  I call Pete's and get the runaround how they just 'spot treated' areas they saw damage not the entire house.  However, he states they couldn't treat the front door where there was visible damage because the step was too thick, so they just didn't treat it.  Which if I am correct is a reason to have their license revoked by the state because they failed to properly treat.  So I ask well how come you didn't see the damage before, he said well they create satellite colonies so they can come from other areas, again so why didn't you treat the house correctly.  Kept getting excuses and dodges.  Going to pay our guy to treat it CORRECTLY and guess what its warranted for as long as we own the home.  THANKFULLY, I didn't pay for this the prior owner did so I'm not out that money.  SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM PETES PEST CONTROL!!!!

This post is wild. We've tried to talk to you but you're clearly untethered from reality.

To people who see this review:

We have full documentation and pictures of the work we did, and the WDI which clearly demonstrates we did exactly what we were hired to do.  We did exactly what the homeowner (seller) requested and paid us to do that the bank required to close on the home.

Find someone else.  Too busy for your business.  They sign you up and then they are too busy to come out for over two weeks after not servicing you for over 8 months.  I want my money back.

We moved from this property on Sep 11, 2020.  I was told that they did not service our prior home and our account had been placed on hold.  No one contacted us to transfer the service to our new address.  Sadly, my husband has been fighting cancer, I will take responsibility for not contacting you sooner.  But when I did contact you and ask you to come out, your soonest availability was in two weeks.  That is unacceptable.  The man I spoke with said "we are just really busy this time of year, sorry"  That is too busy for my business.

We greatly appreciate the feedback. This review is the first time I am hearing about this particular issue, and rest assured I will look into the matter and figure out where we failed, and will fix it.

I did want to address what you said directly as this review as written was designed to impact others.

This property has been on service with us since 2018 without a single complaint.  We last treated the property in the Fall, October 22nd of 2020.  We did an inspection not related to general pest control on December 14th.  We do not, and never have, automatically treat in the Winter, but I know you know that because you've been on with us for multiple Winters.

The reason being, the bugs are dead, and charging customers to put chemicals down unnecessarily is a waste of everyone's time and money so we don't do it.

We are due to come back out on April 30th for your Spring treatment.  Last year, we treated the property on April 29th for the same Spring treatment.

It doesn't appear as though we've missed an appointment at this property or that anything is any different than any other year nor does it seem to deviate from the service timeline or type of treatments outlined on our website.  We'll keep looking into it and see if there is language we can use to be more clear.
