  Owner had a wise guy attitude. I had some termite damage in my home. Naturally, I shopped around for an exterminator to address this issue. The owner stated that he will put bait stations around the house which will terminate all termites within 6 months and that I am under a 12 month contract in case I see swarmers that he will come address it. Needless to say, of course this didn’t work which is fine because termites are a very challenging pest to address. However, where this guy failed was the follow ups. I asked this guy the hard question- what are we going to do about the swarmers? He mentioned some treatment and told me he would get back to me. The remainder of the 12 month contract, this guy didn’t pick up a single phone call of mine. Only when I called from a private line did he pick up which was a hilarious conversation. He told me that he didn’t care about my contract and that he only cared about staying alive from COVID. This issue is that he started dodging my calls prior to COVID - I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! Just have one conversation with this guy and you’ll get to understand how much of a wise guy he is and how bad of an attitude he has. If you care about professionalism- GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Typically, I don’t leave bad reviews on companies but this guy came in conversation the other day with my current exterminator and I feel like I must warn others.

  Though every time the owner of this company has visited he’s been extremely nice and professional I can’t say the same for his employees. They are never on time and even after repeated monthly visits and ocd levels of cleaning the problems persist. The biggest issue however is if you alert your landlord or the business owner that the employees did not show up or were extremely late they will come back to your home later and try to scare you and intimidate you which is completely unacceptable. Don’t use them unless you want to be yelled at, insulted and intimidated by them

  Pest Boys are amazingly serious and quick when we reach out. Also offer immediate assistance. We have used them for years and they have always been amazing since day one. Can always be counted on without hesitation.
