We purchased a new built home a few months ago and for the first week we had so many ants and spiders throughout the house. We tried Raid and Otho the first few days but we definitely needed to leave it to the professionals. We called Orkin and they sent Chris out the next day. We’ve used other pest control companies before but Orkin delivers 100%. Chris goes above and beyond with his services and is very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend Orkin and ask for Chris if you’re in the Aubrey/Prosper area.

Our Orkin Tech, Chris, has always been very professional and helpful when he comes out for our recurring service appointments. He identifies potential issues before they can snowball into major pest concerns, and does all he can to mitigate pests in our home and yard. Every time he’s over, it’s a positive experience. They surprise us with a bill without informing us before starting service & after sending a bill they try to inform us that a service was done. We were loyal customers with EcoGuardian for the past 4 years & we never had such issues. Thing with EcoGuardian were pretty smooth. We used to pay upfront for a year’s service and before the commencement of the next year’s service they would send a communication about the same. But didn’t see anything like that with Orkin. The customer service is another pain. Agents wouldn’t be in sync. One agent would promise to waive off the charges made for the service & the next time I would again receive a bill. On reaching out again they would tell us to pay.
