We have a bi-monthly agreement with Orkin.  There is good email notification of expected visits, although the schedule frequently  changes.  They dont have a key, and so can only do outside work;  and they haven't pressed us to get a key to complete what we pay them for.  Urgent request for help with a dangerous wasp nest took days to respond; we ended up using another vendor.  Will be switching to that vendor soon.

Great people to deal with from the rep who took my initial phone call all the way to the technician. They're friendly, knowledgeable, personable and just made the whole experience and service seamless. I highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we've received from Orkin. We tried to take care of the bees ourselves but were unequipped for the task. After reviewing several companies I called Orkin and they came the next day! They initially were to come the same day, but due to rain they were decided to come the next day. Joe our technician called us to let us know when he'd be here, was on time, and went above and beyond what we expected. He was personable and professional. I have peace of mind knowing that if he has to come back to re-treat within the 30 days that it is included with our service. I waited 2 days to give this review to see how effective the treatment would be, and I am happy to report that I see a significant reduction of bees. Both today and yesterday I've only seen 1 bee, in the same spot where they were previously numerous. We would not hesitate to call Orkin again. Thank you!!
