Ephrem from Orkin came within an hour and half of our call. Honestly one of the nicest human beings I have had the pleasure of meeting in quite a while. He sprayed the house and made me laugh in process. He stepped outside to spray the outside of my home and then shoveled my enormous driveway before he left. This is someone who has great karma coming to him and deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you!
