  I had Orkin give an inspection end then upon the end of that, was given a quote, I paid for the services to be done, I know shame on me for trusting a company before the work is done. But then upon setting up the appointment for the following Monday, nobody showed up and then when I called was told they didn’t have anything on the schedule, with attitude no less. I canceled my services with them and requested a full refund as it was within 3 business days. They said that is no problem. 21 days later, still nothing, so called again and was told we just shredded the check and didn’t feel it was needed to be sent back. How can I actually trust them when they have lied 3 times already. Disgusting and distasteful company practices. I will never use this company nor refer them to anybody.

  Do not work with Orkin. I emailed and called for my service to be terminated and they continued to come and bill me. I asked for my bill to be honored and they will not do so because theu came to my house. I am not living at the house and I still have to pay. I will not recommend them to anyone. I have had nothing but terrible service. They never come by when you ask them to and they never respond to request. The manager is not any better at dishing out good customer service. I recommended a co worker a few weeks ago and she has had two missed appointments and two no shows. What is wrong! Just terrible!

  The technician that gets send to my house is not professional. And when they sopouse to give me a refund they keep on pushing it back its been over 5 months and same problem in a different month... thinking on cutting this services I dont need the stress.
