  This was our very first visit from Orkin at this property. The tech they sent- Darrell- was great. Very nice and very thorough. He was great and I hope we get him back. Orkin on the other hand was actually supposed to have someone out yesterday and that person never showed up and never called. I called Orkin and left 2 messages that at this point have not yet been returned. I also sent an email to their branch manager yesterday that has still not been responded to. Darrell called me today to let me know that he was in the area and would be at the house today to start the service. That was good because Orkin never called prior to that to let us know this would be happening. Not sure what’s going on there but they need significant work on their communication skills. I took the afternoon off yesterday because our window was 2-4. I understand operational issues but not the complete lack of proactive communication. We own a concierge services company and not only use Orkin at other properties but recommend them to new clients. Either get it together or we will change providers at all locations. This is definitely not up to standard.

  Darrell is a lier snd a thief. He stole money from my house while i was outside. And when i asked him about it he lied to me i have security camera recording that shows what he have done just not clear enough to prove. Stay away from this company as long as that guy work there!
