  I have been a customer of Omega for my pest control needs for several years. I came home today to find a new swarm of ants in my kitchen and called them right away! Michelle is awesome and got a technician out to my house within 2 hours of my phone call! Alex was professional and efficient! I’m so very grateful to them for such prompt service!   Very helpful and even made sure to call when he got there. I was working and wouldn't have heard him otherwise. He even waited longer than he should have had to, which I appreciate because I didn't notice right away.

  I've shared a previous review of the technicians that treat our home; great people, great service. This time I want to share how professional and kind Michelle is. Michelle is the friendly office associate who makes appointments, gives quotes, and basically answers a million questions, everytime I've called. Having been an Omega customer for nearly 2 years, I've learned that Michelle is another hard-working, pleasant member of the Omega team!
