I gave four stars instead of five only because there is another treatment to be done.   Jim was easy to work with, very responsive and coordinated with my tenant so that I did not need to get involved. Easy payment over the phone. They appear to have done a thorough job, but the true test will be time. I will talk with the tenant in a month or so to see if there are any roaches remaining and report back. If no roaches in a month, I will give five stars

So far so good. Our experience was positive although there was a miscommunication on exactly what needed to be treated. We understand that most customers would prefer to napalm their entire property to kill everything, but we only wanted a particular area to be treated as we try to maintain a healthy wildlife habitat in our backyard. Its also interesting that you have to purchase a "package" of treatments but that is what the options were.

Jimmy arrived promptly in the quoted service window. He assessed the area, informed me what needed to be done to get rid of the wasps, and got suited up for work. When he was done he explained what to expect. He was right that there would be some live ones left, but only for a little while longer. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and would definitely call them again for another problem.

I've been using them for termite control since spring of 2010. Their program works. Great job. Highly recommend.

We called Ohio Exterminating company after we noticed evidence of mice. Don came out and went above and beyond. I’m a bit phobic of the these nasty furry creatures and was very thankful when Don found and “took care of” 6 baby mice for us.

The treatment is just for baits but hopefully that will do it. We will continue to monitor and hope that none die inside our house!!!!

They have not shown up or mis-scheduled us not once, but three times now. It is extremely inconvenient since we have to rearrange our rooms and move everything from the floor. My roommates and I are extremely frustrated and they’ve done nothing except offer a mere apology.

Unfortunately, they did not provide a time of reference for the appointment nor did they call to let us know they were coming. They just showed up really early in the morning on the day of. Also the guy did not fill any wholes nor point out any....he only put down 7 traps and it costed a total of 248.32...let's see if these 200 plus dollar traps do anymore than the ones we purchased ourselves.

Hi Casey,  I reviewed our text messages and your appointment was scheduled and agreed upon for Saturday 10/16/21 arriving between 8AM-12Noon.  Our service tech arrived at 8AM and placed 9 tamper proof bait boxes in your kitchen, storage/utility room, living room, basement and bedroom(s). The bait boxes work very well for mice control.  The bait we use is the best bait offered in the professional market. You service does include a 60-day service agreement. Firstly, I did not actually end up using this company. However, the information they provided me was extremely important and helpful. They were honest and transparent with me. They did not have a problem discussing both process for treating my termite problem (bait or spray). Every minute on the phone was helpful and informational. I would not have been able to make an informed decision without their help. I would highly recommend them, or at the very least taking the time to contact them. If I ever have a problem in the future, or somebody I know does I will be using their name.

I was very impressed that they were here when they said that they would be.  The technician explained exactly what he would be doing and that I should call them if I see any activity and they would come back out.  The company that I had come out in the past treated the nest from the ground.  This company actually went on the second story and did a thorough job in removing the nest and spraying the area.
