They were able to set up an appointment right away. They answer any questions you might have and know the best ways to keep the pests out of your home. Their technicians are some of the nicest guys you can meet in New York! Highly recommend them!

  Used a competitor of theirs. After 4 treatments we still had bed bugs. It was so obvious the competitor even gave us a refund. Then we went to ODIN. We asked for a very expensive heat treatment and they talked us down to the spray treatment. After just one visit the bugs were gone. They came for a follow up treatment for assurances but they nailed it the first time. We are so incredibly grateful. It was very stressful to keep having the bugs come back with the competitor about a week after treatment. I even waited almost a month after the follow-up treatment to write this review because we were so scarred and just assumed the bugs would come back. Thank you ODIN.
