  Just flat out poor customer service. I had one of their exterminators show up to my home unannounced on a non-scheduled day. I called asking why I was not alerted and nobody could tell me why. I then received a call from the owner who was mad that I was “rude” towards his manager. I asked him why they didn’t call me before coming to my house to which his response was “I didn’t know I was supposed to call.” Give me a break, I call my own mother before showing up to her house unannounced. Do better get your service from someone who knows how to run a business.
