If you sign up for Nomo, they will alert you well in advance of each quarterly servicing, giving some peace of mind about periodic pest control.  So far they have been a very customer facing company when dealing with me for the past year.  Technicians generally seem well mannered and efficient (my current technician is Ethan), and I certainly have no complaints about the personnel.

My one gripe would be that the company seems more concerned about good looks than about quality or price.  I will admit that this is only my impression, and I cannot back this with fact.  That being said,  each person I have dealt with has been exceptionally easy to work with and seems to be genuinely concerned with good service,  but most of that interaction is strictly with technicians.

We've been using Nomo for about a year and have been very happy with the service. We've seen some brown recluse spiders in our yard, so I called between services to get someone to spray the yard and inside lower level for us. Taylor showed up on time, took care of the indoor spraying but let me know he couldn't do the outdoor spraying today due to the rain, and he was very polite and professional. Based on our experiences with them, I would recommend Nomo.

Ethan was very professional. We have been using Nomo for over a year now and they are great. Always willing to come out if ever an issue after a spray service without an extra fee. We have chickens and pets and they always ask where they can spray to keep my pets safe. Great job!

The gentleman that came to my home was named Tyree. He was very professional on time and gave me a 30 minutes courtesy call to see if there was any problems that maybe I did not discuss prior. He was very knowledgeable on different chemicals and so forth. I would definitely recommend Tyree to come and do any type of home inspection treat for anything that there is. He is absolutely wonderful

Check and believe these 1-star reviews. There is a reason most of the 5-stars are from people that haven't been serviced past the first year. Our salesmen are great, I met him at our inlaws in the neighborhood next to ours and they made sure they would service our house even though it wasn't technically their service area... The company has seemingly gone downhill or they just don't care about their customers after their first year.

If you want to read a long version, here's my experience....

In the beginning of my contract, I received great customer service. I had call-ahead appointment reminders and texts, as well as the emails, and they would work with me on times to make sure we could get indoors and out or to confirm only outdoor treatment was okay. Eventually, those stopped and I was met with automated emails just days before the appointment. I put that responsibility on me, let it go, and paid for a year and a half quarterly with only 50% of promised treatment being the outdoor and only visually saw them treating the outdoors twice and I worked from home. It became a hassle trying to get through to reschedule appointments so I just went with it. Who knows if they truly serviced the yard without anyone home.

Eventually, I would *repeatedly* try to call to cancel/reschedule and their phone system would just end the call at random times throughout the automated menu more often then not. Today, I was lucky enough to be home when the technician arrived. I denied service and finally got through to the office (after trying to call in 3 times and getting cut off from the automated menu - SOO frustrating) and was told I could deny and cancel my services but would still be charged this last service fee due to the 30-day cancellation notice. I was told there was nothing they could do even considering I had email scheduled outdoor appointments only since June of 2020.

I think the company has grown past the point of being able to adequately service it's customers and it's too bad. If you decide to go with Nomo, be sure to request phone call and text reminders and stay on top of what they promise because they will end up taking advantage and will rely on their pressured, tablet-signed fine print contract agreement vs. actual customer service. Shame on me for not being intensely involved in their process to keep them straight, shame on them for TERRIBLE customer service.
