Have been using for a couple of years and they have been great. We had carpenter ants which after a couple of treatments were completely gone and have barely seen them since. They also have taken care of various other insect issues we have had. They are very knowledgeable, punctual and flexible, coming back in between treatments if an issue arises. Big fan of everything being organic with having a dog and children. Cannot recommend enough

I love my friendly exterminator, Garrett. He’s always upbeat and kind. I love that the same person (nine times out of ten) comes to my door. When I see his smiling face, I know what is about to happen. One of the best things about using Nature’s Way, is that I love the way my yard smells afterwards! Since they don’t use harsh chemicals, I can feel safe being outside with my child and dog; free from worry of toxic contamination. And, we no longer have to fear getting stung by wasp. I asked them to do an inspection because I had problems with both mice and chipmunks inside my house. They did an inspection, then set up a few feeding stations in and around my house. Within the first few weeks, they had determined where the mice were coming into the house. I’m very happy with the results because I haven’t seen or heard a single rodent since their first visit. They’ve been friendly, professional, and they certainly did a good job. I recommend them.

Nature's way has been great in every aspect. I have a home in the country in upstate NY, so their maintenance is necessary. I've used them for about 2 years. My specific technician Austin is also very helpful whenever I have to meet with him. They do monthly  house perimeter sprays for me ( to keep bugs out as well as maintain rodent  baits that are between my shrubs) and also come in to check my attic for any activity.  They never try to push products or services on you and when I've had additional problems ( moles in the yard & carpenter ants) They are always very responsive and take the time to explain my options. I would highly recommended them!

We have been using Nature's Way Pest Control for quite a few years now. Living in a rural area mice have a way of finding their way into the house. They also spray for bees, ants and spiders in the spring and summer. Garrett from Nature's Way is always on time, friendly and professional.  He does a thorough inspection of the bait traps every time and lets us know what the situation is.  I would recommend Nature's Way Pest Control.

Austin is the best technician! Very professional & thorough. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and fully explains resolutions and always so polite!! The office is great supplying you with a phone call a week ahead of time to confirm the upcoming monthly visit date is convenient. Competitive price, my monthly fee is affordable.

I have monthly treatment to prevent carpenter ants. Staff are professional & respond quickly when questions arise. I have had to call them in the past for wasp extermination in garage walls/siding. They were very prompt to take care of it. Super work & respectful.

I had previously had another pest control service that I was unhappy with so I switched to Natures Way and I am never switching back! The guys from Natures away did their home inspection and confirmed that everything my previous pest control company was doing was basically wrong or not enough. Everyone at Natures Way has been so kind, responsive, and knowledgeable, and now that I have a new baby, I love the fact that they use less harmful materials. I have piece of mind that my ant and bee problem is finally under control!
