  I was able to schedule an appointment with Paul right away. The receptionist Kristy was very helpful and courteous! Paul arrived within the scheduled window and immediately knew where to look at attack the issue at the home. He was very knowledgeable and informative, then offered multiple resolutions to choose from and was responsive and a pleasure to speak with every time I reached out to him. This was my first choice and happy to say it was the right choice!

  Bagel Biz bagels are always fresh a delicious. I like my sesame bagel scooped out and toasted three times with a bit of veggie cream cheese-not too much so it won't ooze out while I'm driving. They do it perfectly every time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and they have a frequent visitor reward where you can earn points towards rewards. It's a win-win.
