  Had the squad treat our yard for our wedding in October 2020. Excellent service. They show up, treat the yard and are on their way to the next. I set up monthly treatments for my yard this season hassle free. Highly recommend especially if someone in the family has bad reactions to mosquito bites.

  Good: Good communication (call aheads), effective treatment, organic options (which is great!), staff are warm. Deal breaker: Poor billing practices for automatic renewal They charged my card with their automatic renewal WITHOUT my permission or approval for the 2021 proposal. I understand the concept of automatic renewal and when I called I was told "well, we sent emails" but this is irrelevant because I specifically told them the previous year that I didn't want an automatic renewal or automatic charge of my card, so why would I assume that email applied to me? They have no idea what a client's financial situation is. That's an absolute no-no.

  The service is fantastic. I most appreciate that they email me the night before the application so that I can pick up pet water bowls, dog toys and stuff outside. It is also a great benefit when they are 15-20 minutes out, they call to give me a heads up they are on their way. I can close windows and put my animals inside. Thank you Mosquito Squad! Your employees and product are great!!
