Morgan Termite & Pest Control is the best! After having problems with another pest control company, we switched to Morgan. They didn't have a tech available to come do our initial inspection, so the General Manager came instead! Great Service!
He inspected the house and did our first service! Got all the bugs from new construction taken care of!
He was thorough! Explained the agreement! Let us know how valuable our business is! Introduced us to our tech!
We give them a 10 out 10! We'll be lifelong customers for sure! They've earned it!

I signed up for service with Morgan over the phone, and when they sent out their technician he handed me something to sign so he could do the first treatment. A few months later after some recommendations from neighbors about alternate pest control services, I decided to switch, but when I called Morgan to cancel I was told I had a year-long agreement with a penalty for early cancellation and they wouldn't budge.

I'd already signed with the alternate provider (Nature's Gate) who were more upfront about having a contract, but when I explained the situation with Morgan they gracefully allowed me out of their contract without penalty which was awesome.

Morgan doesn't sweep the eves of the house like other providers promise to, and we see spiders up there all the time although we haven't had any come into the house yet.

I love Morgan Pest Control. They are always very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They do an excellent job in spraying. I had a huge problem with spiders and cockroaches when I first moved to town. Morgan came out and sprayed and I had a line of dead bugs out side my home.  I no longer have any problems with bugs. They are very affordable and I honestly would trust no-one else to keep the bugs out of my home.  Thanks!!!!

My wife usually deals with the service professional each time they come and she is extremely happy with no roaches or bugs running around in our home. We have been using Morgan pest control for 2 years now. We are very pleased with their service.  Our technician is friendly and polite. Never in a hurry to just get the job done and leave. They will come out in between regular scheduled visits at no cost if I have an issue, like when the scorpion stung me!  I wanted him gone! I feel their price for service is reasonable.  I have no intention of changing to another company.

My experience of Morgan's Pest Control has been awesome. Adam is the one who comes out to our house and he has been such a great help. He has gone out of his way to come out when we've had more than one issue with bugs and spends the time to answer all our questions. His service has been excellent. We have used Morgan Pest Control for a few years now, and have had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences with them. The two guys that service our area are so friendly and kind- they really get to know you and your family. The best part, we don't see virtually any bugs in the house anymore. Thank you Morgan, for providing our area with the best service around.

We scheduled our first appointment with these guys. They were booked super far out so we couldn’t get an appointment for about 3 weeks which I understand. When the day came by, we sat around and waited for hours and they never showed up. We figured something and waited to get a call from them which never came. Finally after calling them a couple days later, they said they got busy and couldn’t make it. If we wanted, we could’ve booked another appointment in another like 3 weeks.

My husband and I go to work very early and we have big dogs in the yard so we need a pest control company that come before we leave for work. We tried 3 other companies , but found that they would miss appointments or arrive late, making me late for work. About 5 years ago, we started using Morgan.  They have never missed! Omar is always prompt, polite and thorough.  He takes extra care around our koi pond and best of all, no bugs.
After having to reschedule our monthly appointment, we had a different Tech come today.  What en excellent employee you have found with Luis!  He arrived on time and worked quickly yet thoroughly, so that I wasn't late for work. He was kind and considerate to my three big dogs as they followed him from room to room.  He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
