  The team at Miller has been very good to us. They responded quickly when we reach out. Our tech, Joe, provides good detail about what he's doing during each trip and he always checks to make sure we're satisfied with the service.

  The service representative was knowledgeable and informative. He explained all aspects of the termite treatment and went over the contract in detail. We are awaiting spring to discern the effectiveness of the treatment, but we have confidence in Miller to achieve the results we desire.

  Doug and Joe were fantastic! Joe went above and beyond and was very thorough in evaluating our home for points of entry and pointed out where we can fill in some larger gaps that he couldn't fill with copper wire. He also placed several traps and a couple of bait boxes for us and sprayed the entire parameter for pests. After, he provided helpful feedback on what we can do preventatively to keep our home pest-free. I feel confident that our pest problem will be resolved with Miller, and they're more affordable than some other options out there - you get a lot for your buck! Thank you Doug and Joe! Edit: Today, Nicholas came out to collect and reset traps! He did an excellent job as well and made sure he addressed all my concerns. Thanks so much Nicholas!
