We love the location of the South Menards. In this Covid world we are all aware of how difficult it is to get some sort of customer service let alone good customer service. However, in the lighting department there is an exception. Jake D gave my wife and I the most exceptional customer service. He is always willing to help in any way possible. I have been in Menards multiple times and he consistently delivers the highest level of customer service, AND even though he's wearing a mask, you know it's with a smile.

We've been working on a big project and have visited the south Menards on numerous occasions. Every time we have received exceptional customer service. Want to make special mention for Erika that works the service desk area. She had to change a huge transaction on our ticket. This was time consuming and I'm sure she wanted to scream. She was amazing! Wanda in cabinets does an awesome job, as well.

Had to go to three Menards to get The stair well railing, that We needed. And to Top it off, they don't give Military Veterans any type of DISCOUNT. So from now on I will keep My business at LOWE'S. I bet they give Rug Heads discounts on their lumber.
