What a great way to start the day. The person who greeted me at the front door not only knew what I was asking for but the three different isle numbers I could find them in. When I went to get the stuff on the list, the people in each department stopped what they were doing and helped right away.

Constantly rude, employees put no effect into helping customers navigate their store. Cashiers are always giving attitude, and act like they don’t want people to purchase stuff so the store can justify their employment. Kristine was very rude when checking out.

There is a reason you cant leave a review for their products on their website.  If you are looking for anything that you want to last for more than a year, take your money elsewhere.

Menards is a great place to shop and get your home supplies.  But sure wish they would acknowledge the military discount.

Always a good experience. Employees wear masks. They current arent enforcing masks. They are low on summer season stock getting ready for winter so thats kind of a pain. I found a good solution for my hose needs. Great place easy to find stuff and helpful workers. Ill always be at Menards 9/10 times.

Called about plants and a rude chick with a snotty attitude did not even know my answer if the vegetables are in.. geez nope I won’t shop there.

There's so much stuff here, Everytime we go I always end up bringing home more than what I go for. Love the 11 percent rebate!! Sometimes you get lost looking for a product and have to track down an associate, but not a big deal! Great prices too!

Went for a truck rental and the Lady (Sam) was rude  and told me that the time for the 75 min rental starts when she starts the process and it took them 15 mins to get me the keys and do paperwork which will leave you with 60 mins. Also they will charge you tax on 300$ deposit. So for a 18.75 truck you would pay 21$ tax. On top of that she said you don’t have to take the truck if you don’t want to pay this.
