  Nothing that they can do.....I returned a floor lamp that I purchased using a $100.00 gift card from my elderly mother that is wheelchair bound. When I returned the lamp, without asking me how I wanted the money returned the store clerk put the $100.00 back on the gift card and the rest on my debit card. I told her that I was not sure if I had shredded the card. She told me no problem and I could bring back the receipt and get an in store credit. I also asked her point blank that if I did that no one would question and I would have no problem. Of course I could not find the card because it had been shredded. When I went to the store several days later to get the in store credit, they told me that their customer service employee had told me wrong and that I could no longer get a credit because I would have had to come back within 24 hours of the return to get the in store credit. They looked at the transaction and went back and looked at the video/ audio feed and said I was correct but there was nothing they could do even though it was their employee that had handled everything wrong. So now I am out $100.00 because there is nothing they can do. How much money does this store bring in a day? Really!!! I do not have the money from the gift card or any kind of in store credit. Find a different store to shop at because a customer is not right even with video proof!

  I got up and like always never exspected water all around my hot water tank. I got busy looking threw hardware stores prices sales and available. Menards had a good price with a hot water tank available a man helped me pick the correct size and helped with my rebate. I installed it working great.
