When I first started Services everything was fine for a new building I was about to start using. I would have a tech contact me in advance to schedule treatments so that I could provide them access into the building. As time went alone I would have techs say that they came to service the building for the month with no proof and no access to the building since it was locked unless I came to provide access. It came a point where the office said they only have to treat the outside and that the inside was a free added service. I ended up providing proof that a tech never even came to the outside of the property. I was credited for those two months. I wanted to end my contract early but was told I had to stay the year. I said I want to cancel when that year is up because nobody is even coming to do a full service for the monthly fee. My contact ended in August and I cleared my bill. I am now being harassed about a September 2021 balance for the $85 service fee they charge talking about it went to month to month since I didn't resign my yearly agreement. I call bull. I wouldn't mind paying if the building was actually serviced and a full treatment was preformed but that isn't the case. Be sure to make sure they are actually treating your entire property and not just saying someone stopped by. I liked when appointments where being set and I could confirm the service for the value. Must have a high turn over because there started to be alot of different people supposedly treating and signing off on service. Just ridiculous
They treated my house for bed bug’s that my daughter brought home from a 5 star hotel out of Greensboro. The treatment they used ruined a huge section of my wood flooring and a portion of the dining room area linoleum flooring. Well they feigned concern and asked for pictures of the damage. The co representative was apologetic and seemed concerned. Well he forwarded the pictures and complaint to there insurance co. I heard from the insurance representative and forwarded the pictures of the damaged flooring. She said she would get back in touch soon. 2 months later I got a call from the same representative telling me that they weren’t responsible for the damages and proceeded to tell me that I must have inferior flooring in my home for it to shrink the way it did!?! The linoleum wasn’t cheap and the wood floor was original to the home (built in the early 70s) that I’d had refinished a few years ago. Now in a 5 foot square area I have a 1/4 inch gap in the flooring crevices. Do not use this company! They DO NOT stand behind there work!
Dylan of the Banner Elk location has been excellent. He’s through and knows what I need.McNeeley, however, provides no notice or paperwork showing they have even been at my house. They do charge my credit card on file which I have canceled. I don’t know of any company that does not leave some sort of notice that services have been rendered. (email or otherwise) I’m close to being done with the company/headquarters but Dylan is great. The business end lacks organization and they need to have better communication between locally owned stores and the home office!
