I have had Massey pest control services for over 5 years. Every technician has always been friendly and has done a great job. I don’t want to jinx myself and say I’ve never seen any bugs but honestly, I’ve never seen any bugs in my house! And I border a wooded preserve. They have always responded to any requests I’ve had and my current tech, Jose, does a very thorough and wonderful job making sure to clean out spider webs and wasp nests. I have even called on a Saturday because a rat was in my front yard and the technician came to remove the rat. I’m very happy with Massey and would recommend them to anyone searching for pest control services.

Terrible company. Don't show up. Rude unprofessional staff in office. They deserve a a negative 5 for customer service. Second time this week I have waited on a scheduled service representative and they are a no show. They lie about completing service when they haven't. They did call and apologize. Came out and completed my service to my satisfaction. I am staying with this company for now and hoping for continued better service. I am content at this time with this company. My bill was also adjusted in this situation. So to better days ahead for myself and this company

I had the unfortunate experience to get fleas this year. Massey had to come out twice, and I still have fleas. I had asked for the manager. You could tell when he came to my house he was annoyed I called his office, that, I was disgusted with his service. This is going on 6 weeks. I have to go to a dermatologists, and send my dog to the vet. Just in those bills I have spent $450.00. I had showed him the bugs I found the day before and he kept insisting they were NOT bugs. I have a feeling they were looking for a house infested, but I am so clean that it was really hard to find them. But the thing is, they were hiding. I had also mentioned that I had found the eggs and larvae of the fleas, and he had no idea what I was talking about. If I could give him NO STARS I would. He had an attitude and tried telling me, it was dust mites possibly and that I should buy a mattress cover. Oh, I see, it's NOT your fault that you did not take care of the problem we have paid you for. Where I come from the customer is always right, even if they are wrong. I have never in my life seen such an unprofessional manager, Mark. Although, Jos, service manager and James, technician, were VERY nice, Mark was very unprofessional. He told me he was discontinuing my service. Can you imagine? Keep in mind, when I found the bugs I killed them, so they are squashed. USE anyone but this company. They are horrible!
