  Would leave a 1 star but feel bad about that. Massey started out good but then like a plane without an engine, the service went down hard. Asked repeatedly to be informed of when they would be coming out and over a year only got one call. Yard looked good for a bit but now looks horrendous and with never being able to see the techs and never receiving any invoices (printer is always broken) I have no idea what to do to help. Only way I know they have been out is the sign in the yard and me reviewing my video. Only other time I received a call is for an outstanding invoice I never received. Beware if you try to use Massey. PS- they took care of my lawn, trees, bushes and hedges along with my irrigation. I did not use them for pest services, so I can’t comment on that.

  Massey is seriously the best! Scott, Caleb, James, and Tim are always so responsive and helpful! We had some turf installed in our backyard and not only did they put back the baits within a week of calling, they replaced them with new ones and did an inspection for us while he was here! Thank you Massey for taking care of our historic home!

  I wanted an estimate on fixing my sprinkler system. They made me 3 appointments. The first time they called when they should have already been there to say they had to reschedule. Next apt, the following day they call 30 min before to say again something happened and they cant make it. Very apologetic, they asked if they could come the next day at 5:00 pm. This wasn't convenient for me due to work, but I really need to get my system fixed. So I said yes. They never called and never showed up. What a waste of time :(
