I called Massey to do a termite inspection and to install some termite prevention measures. They were very cordial and sent Brian out for a consultation. Brian was very nice and explained everything completely, and I knew exactly what I was getting. Couldn’t recommend Massey and Brian more.

I am always satisfied when David does our monthly pest control. He advices me of the inspection and what German,my maintenance, have to work on. Every staff member is on top of their customer service. The manager who treated the wasps in my hotel building months ago did an excellent job. I will not use any other pest control. I am loyal to Massey. All hotels in my area should switch to Massey.

Had a Massey Pest control Representative come over to the house yesterday and did an initial inspection, was extremely professional, polite, and easy going. Huge thanks to Bryan Johnson walked me through the whole inspection and gave me a lot of info I had no idea about.

I live in a 10 story apt building, they consider a 35 to 45 second bug inspection to be fine. This is what we get. Even had a bed bug infestation on another floor that was not caught by the so called pest control guy. I have a running camera in my apt and have about 10 of their inspections on video saved.

You get what you pay for. They were the low bid for our apartment complex at the beach apparently and that's what you get. Our old neighbors brought in roaches and now we are fighting them. It's been over a month and it's only got worse. They failed to show up last week so all the work that had been done was for nothing. It is at the point where we told the office, we are waiting 2 more weeks and hiring our own pest control then deducting from the rent. I imagine that's the only way Avesta or whoever makes their decisions will start hiring companies that do what they claim to do. At $1100 per month, we should not have to contend with roaches. 5 years in the same apartment and never had an issue till the old neighbors were evicted. Since then its been a nightmare. We used to use Bug N You for our home prior to here who is our next call. We never had missed appts or bad attitudes with them. This is just unsatisfactory. This company acts like this is some low income housing or something, meaning no customer care. I feel for the gentleman who was trying but his exact words were " I took care of it and cant wait to see you next week(thinking they would be dead)" He did kill off quite a few and the numbers were down, but not gone or close to gone but the no show last week has it now worse than ever. Should Massey fix this I will amend my comment because I do think the tech meant well but no offense, good intentions are not what we pay for. I would personally not suggest using Massey for pest control at the beach. Maybe in-town they have a better track record. Let's see how this turns out.
