  I originally used Markley's when I lived in Morton and was extremely satisfied with their services. Once I moved, I was excited to learn they offered services to my area and gave all of my information in order to get the new place set up with pest control. Once they provided me with the start up price, I advised it was a little higher than I was expecting and would have to call back to get it scheduled. To my surprise, I came home that week or the next to a man in a truck waiting for me who advised he had already sprayed the outside of my home. I had let him know that I wasn't prepared for him and that I hadn't scheduled it yet. He tried giving me a bill but I told him I would have to call the office to get it taken care of. I called but the office was already closed. Now, three months later, they are calling me to schedule again and informing me I have a past due bill of $150. I did not sign up for the services so how I am responsible for the $150? They are now threatening to turn me into collections over a service I did not sign up for. Bad business and I will never be recommending this company again. From reading prior reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence for this company.

  Just based on our experience and we've used them for years, very punctual, courteous and we basically have had the same guy for years. The continuity and familiarity is nice.

  Loyal customer for years..... misunderstanding, on their part, ended up with a charge that I was not responsible for. Not even a phone call to discuss, will not use them again.
