Wendy at Madsen Pest Management was wonderful and helped me establish a schedule for mitigating our carpenter ant infestation (long distance) for our summer cabin 1,000 miles away. They came out to do their inspection and subsequent treatment in a timely fashion and provided me with excellent documentation of the on-site treatment they provided. I am now on their schedule for two more treatments in 2022. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to address their pest control issues by a group of honest, efficient, customer-oriented professionals.

What a great company. Very responsive and professional. They are friendly and knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. Danny and the others who came to our house were great. They made multiple return trips until they were sure the job was finished.
