      First appointment they showed up a little late, and attempted to drive their equipment through a small pathway gate onto our back patio, breaking it in the process not realizing their was another side gate for lawnmowers to go through 20 feet away. I asked that they call before arriving so I can open the gate for them to avoid this and for the first 3 appointments they forgot. The gate was being replaced that weekend anyways so I did not make a big deal about it. The next few appointments I called to request they call before they arrive so I can open the main gate and both times they would just show up randomly without telling me. Eventually they finally started calling before they arrived. On the last visit the technician clipped our barn with his equipment while spreading seed and did not say anything to us, he just loaded up his stuff and left. We took pictures of it and sent them to their main office and they assured us they would send someone out to look at it and talk to me. Well again they showed up announced (heard dogs barking) saw truck in road with no one in it and someone was standing at the barn in our back yard and he said he was a supervisor and he pushed the trim pieces that had been broken back in with his foot (the first 1x4 was broken and hanging by a few pieces of wood still attached, the other piece on the corner had large gashes taken out) he apologized for it and I told him if the guy would have let us known and apologized it wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but the fact he just left and didn't say anything was extremely unprofessional. HE agreed and apologized and I asked if they could just discount the treatment for the time and materials it would take to fix it properly, they called me later on and said they would give me a discount or a free treatment the following year. Little had I known they had already charged my card the full amount two days later. Long story short I am not having them do anymore work for me. How are you going to charge someone full price after they damage your property, and then offer them a free treatment the following year for less than the cost it would be to fix everything they damaged?

      Lush Lawn has provided their lawn care services on my lawn for several years. They have consistently provided quality service and been very cooperative to make adjustments to scheduling when I have requested it. I certainly would recommend Lush Lawn for residential lawn care.

      2.5 year customer, terrible lawn service So after they cashed my check for final payment of July 2020 and told them to leave on 8-6-2020 - no service rendered - they are trying to send me to a collection agency for services incomplete and the same amount of weeds I started with. Copy of termination letter.... In regard to the aforementioned caption and numerous subsequent conversations with the individuals at your Grand Blanc and Rochester locations, I am cancelling the service for XXXX __________, MI immediately. Furthermore the application that was never completed on August 6, 2020 @ 6:53 AM that was billed for, I will not be paying as I had your employee leave before he was finished because of the starting time. He clearly stated that "Lush Lawn" starts much earlier than this for spraying lawns?? What little he did attempt to accomplish clearly shows why my lawn is in its current condition, I have numerous pictures. The fact that my lawn appears no different in condition than when you started 3 years ago and that was verified by "Lloyd" with an in person visit recently. If you are remotely interested on why my lawn looks no different than when you started, you should call me, I can clearly show you. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $82.50 for the fertilizer payment for the final application for July of 2020 in full to settle this account. Please do not hesitate to call me for any clarification. Look at the pictures does anyone believe this should look like this 2.5 years later???

      Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts about our services. I apologize that we were out at your home so early in the day. Our field technicians have a full schedule and they do start early. We would have been happy to schedule you for a time later in the day if we had known this was important to you. I understand your concern about the condition of your lawn. Yes, there is some crabgrass, and it takes time to kill it off - typically 21 days after spraying is when we see results. It's not like a dandelion. But some of the other grasses in your lawn are tall fescue that we can't kill as it is a lawn grass and we'd kill the bluegrass and fine fescue in your yard at the same time. At your request we have cancelled your account. We are sad to see you go, but I do hope you get the lawn that you are looking for.
