1 clerk with check out line 7 deep, this store is poorly managed

I was in the area with my sister and manager and cashiers were great. They assisted in items and locations. Cuz our grandmother 102 wanted something special from the store. Thank you, guys so much top notch managers and team. MTMModels and A2B Entertainment/ Media. Big Broom'😎

Better figure out what door to use. You can go in one door and then they lock that door and you have to walk a half mile to the other door to get out and back to your car. They should indicate that when you're parking. Otherwise, great selection and clean store with a good selection.

Enjoyed that it was full displays pricing was reasonable but I really enjoyed their deli department where they make enchiladas for a very good price the used rotisserie chicken and a whole bunch of cheese the sauce is mild,  I go back because of that and their produce is better than a lot of other Lucky stores...

So disappointed. I arrived at 6:40 but the young employee did not let me in. I told him I need just one item but he didn't let me in. I drove to safe way and baught the item and it still wasn't 7:00 pm. I have to add that they did not put any wipe hand sanitizer next to the self checking. Thee is not any bag next to the self checking, so you have to ask an employee to give you a bag when you pay for the bag.

The employees are very nice and professional. The people shopping here during my last visit seem to forget what social distance means. Maybe they think that wearing a mask makes it okay to be in my personal space. I think ill stick to instacart and prime 🤔

Our neighborhood store was looted. Lucky was able to re-open very fast.
With the plywood over the windows it still looks like a war zone but that is not their fault. You can only enter and exit through the left side. Lucky is well stocked. We did not have any issues with finding the products we needed.

Newly remodeled location Lucky's Supermarket can always be very pricey there are nice employees that work here at least. The only thing I don't like about Lucky Supermarket is all their fried stuff like fried chicken the potato wedges wings corn dogs over by the deli. Go for a salad or sandwhich those are VERY yummy. do not eat or buy the fried stuff the oil is old that they use and it tastes disgusting & you can get sick.

Staff very friendly but understaffed prices very inappropriately over priced?  The man in front of me was shopping with 3 children 1 around his neck lucky get your act together i worked for a food broker for years more deals more service people are hurting i will make it my mission in life to see that happens Major Martin

I've been shopping here for over 20 year's, what happened? The guy's at night are rude and real treat you like your a bother if you ask them anything. The store always looks dirty, they are sanitizing the carts or anything else for that matter oh and since the remodel and the virus situation the prices have skyrocketed!
