Lowe's blows Home Depot away! The service is amazing. The employees ARE actually knowledgeable about the products in their department. Spent a long time picking out appliances and the associate was very patient and helpful.

Bought a great tool box for less than any other stores.

Let Me get this straight. Though we have not bought anything that day we love shopping Lowes both online and in store. Their selection and pricing are great and we love it.

I've never seen so many women working or shopping in this place before and I gotta say that that was the most smooth, enjoyable, and friendly experience at Lowe's, ever. Looks like it's Friday night ladies at Lowe's night and I'm here for it.

I would have a different  respond if it didn't take 1 hour to do a simple refund 🤔  it would be five stars I understand  short staffed I really do but maybe more training on customer service  than what they have ....daina was great up till getting  totally flustered  and seemed to forget everything  about computer system training if they did training before throwing her out on the floor .. wasn't being mean just honest cause in reality  that is what most big time company's don't train u like they should or need to I kno cause it's happened to   me .
