This review is for the shades installment. I ordered 9 shades to be cut and installed. The contractor company came out to measure all my windows. I took the measurements back to the store to and picked out my shades at the Airport Blvd location. But their machine was down to cut them so I had to take them to the 9 mile road store to get them cut. When I had our appointment for them to install, 6 of them were cut completely wrong! Either they were too long or way too short for the window. But now the cutting machine at 9 mile road is broke! What a complete waste!!! We have been waiting over a month to get these installed and now we have to find another store to cut them

I came into this location because the location near me has terrible customer service. I was greeted by Ryan in garden center and he was VERY helpful. As I was walking around store I was greeted 6 times by other employees asking if I needed help finding anything. Superb customer service at this location!

It isn't easy for a female senior citizen to visit a building supply store like Lowes without feeling out of place. However, this morning I purchase 5 pkgs of warm asphalt and 3 bags of pebbles. The two kind and efficient gentlemen gladly assisted me. I returned to my home and two other resident assisted me in repairing asphalt damage in our village of patio homes in Fox Run. Many thanks to those sales representatives who treated me like an equal.
