  Be aware when buying trees this season from Lowe's. Great selection but no protective measures where taking during the drop in temperatures. There might be root damage due to the plant being in containers.

  After a visit to this Lowe's on 12/ 20/2021, I purchased a 4 tool craftsman power tool set, that at that time was on sale, hence the purchase. Today January 29 I was turned down for any warranty on the impact driver that the bit holder had broke and would no longer hold the bit in the tool. I choose craftsman because they normally are great. But today after two trips here I might add, first did not have the full set just broken tool , today I brought full set to exchange but was told since I bought it on sale, they would not exchange or warranty today as the price was higher and I could buy it instead...very disappointed...0 stars.

  Their employees like to drive company vehicles at unreasonable, very unsafe speeds and just about kill a father and his two daughters who are 5 and 2 years old respectively. This employees was hauling some kind of 4 cliff type vehicle on the back of this truck and was going so fast if I hadn't seen him and slammed into reverse and smashed the gas he no doubt would have total my brand new BMW and killed me and my kids they really need to train their employees to not endanger people's lives.
