  It's a typical chain store. While everything was clean inside and out of the store there were other issues that caused this low rating. Some of the product on the shelves was disorganized or mixed with similar product next to it. Some of the sizes or types of certain products were completely gone and needed to be restocked. And some of the prices tags on the shelves were misleading or missing completely. The worst part of it all is that the employees, when you can find one, either have no idea on how to help you figure out how to accomplish your project, have only a general idea on where to find the products you need, or point you in the general direction with very little interest if you find what you need or not. It used to be said that you could forgive all of these things because Lowe's was cheaper than privately owned hardware stores. Since that's no longer the case with most things, ir seems that they are losing the only selling point they had.

  Lori that works in appliances is definitely amazing. She provided amazing customer service... She made our shopping experience a wonderful one.

  If you know what your looking for its fine, a few employees around garden section knew what they wore talking about, but unless you're a contractor the people up front could end up ignoring you for more than an hour, and currently only running one cashier with them wanting you to ring yourself up like you're an employee
