Typically Lowes are much slower at getting orders pulled so I was very impressed.

The service and personnel were terrific. In my experience, the delivery was terrible. I bought a washer/dryer, and instead of taking them to the laundry room, the delivery personnel left everything in the garage. I called them twice, set up two appointments for them to complete everything, and both times, I stayed waiting for them. No call, nothing.

Only half the shades of paint displayed 🎨  are avaliable for over 3 months now. Shelves aren't restocked on basic plumbing and electrical fittings. When you are asked for help the person isn't knowledgeable and "it isn't their department" why they even ask baffles me. Could go on,  contractor entrance always backed up with DIY hanymen with 2 items when I have 20+ sticks of overpriced pipe and 1000$ orders that I load myself after waiting. I USED TO DO ALOT MORE BUISNESS, NOW ONLY IF I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. Greatly disappointed with your service.

I purchased several items on line.  I received an email indicating the items would be delivered Nov 11th between 7-11am.

I took off work to be home for delivery.  No one showed up.  I contacted store.  They indicated the items are now scheduled for Nov 22nd.  I understand that all types of items are delayed at arriving to the stores, however not notifying me that it was going to be late cost me about $75 in pay.  This is unacceptable.  It is Home Depot for me from now on.

Art (Arthur), an employee working in the paint department, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding sanding, types of stain & paint, brush type and humidity levels when painting. He was genuinely interested in my project. Thanks Art!

Appliance Delivery from Lowe's has been horrific at best. 3 of the 4 Samsung appliances were delivered on the scheduled delivery date. The Samsung range however has been met with non-stop excuses and no communication from the Omaha Store. No emails, texts, or phone calls notifying us of the change in delivery--it's required me to login and check the online order status. I've called Lowe's corporate office, spoke with 2 delivery managers, and the store manager. They have said repeatedly that the item is in stock (not on back order), but according to the manager the 'system' makes the change at 11:59 PM the night before a delivery with an obscure message and blame it on being an 'online' order. I don't care if it was in person or online, I'm still a paying customer who just wants his stove. Today the Omaha delivery manager told me the same stove is in stock in Lincoln and that he would need to cancel the order to have them deliver it to me for a quicker turn around time. My fear of him canceling it is that I'll have to pay the difference (I purchased during the pre-Thanksgiving sale) and loose my Lowe's 10% Samsung rebate for the purchase of 4 appliances.

Get your act together Lowe's Omaha and Lowe's corporate. Online ordering is here to stay, but services like that will shut you down.

Usually very helpful but misinformed today. Called and was told they took long florescent light to dispose but when arrived customer service said no. They should ensure all understand service and save me a trip.

Lowe's has veterans parking spaces. Thumbs up for that! Thank you!. Someone gave me a gift card for Lowe's so I decided to do some shopping there. I bought a bag of ice melt for $7.97 seem like a pretty good price.  there are several different stores that carry the same range of products as Lowe's Lowe's is the one that's farthest out west.

A while back my husband and I went in to this store to order flooring and the lady that helped us was very nice and so helpful. I don't remember her name but she was probably in her late 40's and blonde. I even remember saying this to my husband. Cut to today my daughter and I went in and we were looking for stair runners and she couldn't be bothered with our stupid questions. I told my daughter wow she was really nice the last time we were in I wonder what happened and then I realized  it's because we didn't have a man with us. Or a tool bag on our hip.
