We purchased an older home 9 years ago that had a neglected yard, to say the least. After Lawn Doctor began treatments it was amazing how quickly improvement started, and I'd have to say we now have the healthiest and most luxurious yard in the neighborhood. The crew shows up, performs their work quickly and efficiently and then disappears until next time. We whole-heartedly recommend this company.
I would have given NEGATIVE 5 stars. They initially promised to treat a dead spot on my lawn for me signed up for a specific number of treatments and after one year still have the same patch. When I called they did not respond for 7 days and finally called back telling me that they have been treating my other green area of the lawn and they are not sure if they did the Seeding in the fall. So my question was why did I hire you guys? Mainly for the dead patch and not for the regular lawn care. They finally tell me that they have been charging me for regular lawn care and nothing has been charged for the dead itch and that’s why they did not work on it. Highly unprofessional highly undependable cannot trust my lawn and very disrespectful specially the manager Mark. They say they have been doing this for 50 yrs but they could not do this job at all for 1 sq ft area dead patch of area in my lawn. I would never recommend anyone.
Paid full years service on Feb 9, 2018 of $479.75. No show on service so I began calling to see when they’d be at the house so I can open the gate for them to get into the backyard. Won’t return calls to get service. Started calling to get money back after 5-10 attempts to get service spanning a month. Called Corp Customer Service and local franchise owner Adam Waymire wouldn’t return her emails or calls either for over 2 weeks. Corp Customer Service reached out to the Regional Business Manager Rocko Semano for involvement and nothing. I called Corp CEO. Between Corp Customer Service, Rocko and the CEO I finally got my refund over 3 months later - but apparently he took out around $50 for a service they didn’t show up for, which is what started my calls in the first place.
