  I wish I could leave 0 stars. I read reviews and decided to call this company and when I spoke with someone to schedule an estimate, he told me today he could try and come out at 12 but if he couldn't make it he'd call and let us know. My husband and I waited until 4... No one ever came. No one ever called. Now a few days later...still no call. Very very unprofessional! Would not recommend this company.

  Tried calling for almost a week and every time both phone numbers indicated the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message to call and schedule a consultation and then hung up.

  Hello! We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Trust me, we are as frustrated with our phone system as you are. Our company switched to Verizon's phone system that send voicemails to emails so we can respond in a timely manner to people. However, they did not give us a way to delete the messeges and we have to wait for a Technician to come out to fix the problems.
