  Rudy is so helpful and so knowledgeable. They went around our whole outside and showed us where we needed to fix holes where they might be coming in. I would highly recommend Lake Cook Pest Control. Thank you for all of your help. We really appreciate it.

  I would absolutely recommend this place to someone dealing with pest issues. Rudy, who I believe is the owner, was great. I first called to figure out if I needed his services, and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and just being overall a really friendly guy. He never pushed me on what they offered, but let me know in case I decided to move forward with the wasp treatment. For comparison, I called a different pest company to ask the same questions and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely useless. She kept saying the same thing over and over, even though it wasn't answering my question, and when I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could answer my more specific questions, she took down my information and I never heard from them again. Thankfully my second call that day was to Lake Cook Pest Control, where I had the opposite experience. A few weeks later, we realized we did need the wasp treatment and hired Rudy to come do it. He was just great - again we chatted for a while about wasps but also families and having kids, and it was just a very nice conversation. During that phone call, he scheduled us for the treatment a few days later. It looked like there was a chance of rain for the morning he was coming out, and he was monitoring it and communicating with me via text the night before. It ended up working out, he came out the next day, and was so quiet moving around our house and garage that my dogs didn't even bark! Best of all, I haven't had any wasps trying to get into my bathroom window yet, so I can tell it's working. And, there's a guarantee on his services, so if wasps come back or are obviously forming a nest this summer, he'll come out and remove it. Overall, I'm just really happy I found Lake Cook Pest Control and will absolutely be using them again in the future if we need any more pest control.
