Normally my wife and I use Kroger pickup. When they first started they were amazing. We always got really good product. (We were worried about somebody else picking out our groceries and produce) But never had an issue.

However within the last 2-3 months it has went way downhill.

On three occasions they have charged me for groceries they didn’t give me.

Last month they gave me 2 gallons of milk that had already expired and 1 gallon that expired the next day.

Then this morning my wife went to eat the grapes we got a few days ago and all the grapes were covered in one big spider web, plus has a humongous spider that was in the bag with them.

I guess the watermelons taste good. However one day I found a blue watermelon and I couldn’t return it. Why? Because the store clerk pointed out to me that I had already cut it open. Other than that, pretty solid experience.

This is literally my go to grocery store; I have not encountered any issues shopping here. I was happy with their move to across the street because they definitely needed the space. I’m a frequent order online grocery shopper and their team members never disappoint. Going early in the morning or late at night is best if you don’t order online (in my opinion). If you do go late at night, only self checkout is open, so be prepared.

I’ve came here to get chicken breast at least a dozen times since the new year and they’re always out. And every time I grab a cart it’s like it has square wheels or one of the wheels won’t touch the ground. Then once your nightmare of a shopping trip is over you go to self checkout which is always backed down the aisle on a weekday, and there’s usually no one around to help you. I used to go here because it was so much nicer than the other stores around but at this point I’m ready to start going to Walmart or meijer. I don’t think I’ve had a positive experience at this store for nearly four months now and I come weekly. I had a pickup order that was nearly two hours late and the best they could do for me was a small gift card, I think like $10. Which ended up being used by someone else typing in my number anyways.

Clean fast service loved the self checkout option made it less painless will be going here to do my shopping from now on
