Poorly run business
Only one checkout lane open.  Second checkout lane cashier was done for the day (perfectly understandable) but there was nobody to take over the register.  Self checkout is plagued with poorly written software and untrained staff.  Stock levels are shockingly low throughout the store, and prices are higher than they should be.  Good thing they have a competitor right across the street!

Beth, Robert., Linda, Sonja,  Billy,Tim, Naan, Paula and Ernest the nicest workers you will ever encounter. If you need any meat cut ask for Justin. I drive 30 minutes just to shop here. Worth the drive!

Consistently rude service. I guess the customer service desk is permanently closed at this location as I've gone three times and it's been closed each day. The staff that is present is very uninterested and rude. It is almost comical how poorly run this location is. Publix is about 1000 times better and after today I won't be back to Kroger unless I absolutely have to. Avoid at all cost.

Better than the one on 100. Less likely to get run over in the parking lot; easier to find things. The self-checkout machines are a bit wonky, though.

It's bad enough that they started closing at 10pm, but to close 10-15 minutes early ON TOP OF THAT is just beyond ridiculous. If you don't want to stay until your ACTUAL closing time, pick a different shift. I couldn't get the ONE THING I needed, and I got there at 9:48. I wouldn't have even been in there for 5 minutes.

This store is so close I could walk, but guess what? So is publix.  We spend hundreds there weekly, get our gas there as well.  Today, one checkout line open, one express lane, one guy bagging both.Pathetic deli, frozen foods a mess, and likely you won’t find what you are looking for.  Customer service locked up tighter than a drum.  Store is mismanaged on a good day, and today was the final straw.  I’ve made the break, I’m not going back.  I’m 67 and I’ve been shopping at Kroger since my mother pushed me in the cart.  Done!

The manager here is very rude. She discriminate against couponers. Their bathroom is the worst I've seen in my life. I was shopping here at 7am and the proof is in the pictures.

I love the floral department at this location. They always have a great selection and don't wait until plants are dead to discount them. I purchased the spring bulbs pictured thinking I may get a week of enjoyment, but weeks later they are still blooming.

Kroger is now closing in fast on Wal Mart for the race to the bottom of customer service. I’ve stopped going to several of their locations due to the lack of checkout clerks. While this one still has them, they want you to bag and cart your own groceries. If your going to do that, go to Aldi and save money.

Pharmacy is open until 9. Drove all the way down there to pick up a prescription. Got there before 8:30 and it was closed! Completely locked up! Ridiculous!
